Upon the sale of any property the State requires that the Fire Department inspect (Town by Law) all smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors for proper operation, as well as each house has the proper House number markings..
Things that we look for:
House Numbers are in plane sight from the road to assure easy identification.(click)
All Smoke Detectors are up to the current code and working properly.

All Carbon Monoxide Detectors are up to current Code and working properly.
